If your online order does not meet your expectations, please contact me within 1 week of receipt, and I will do my best to make it right depending on what the issue was.

Shipping
USPS Priority or First Class shipping within U.S. – $5 flat rate, all domestic orders over $50 ship for free.
FedEx International Priority outside the U.S. & Canada – $25.00 Flat Rate
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, within 24-72 hours of your order. Your items will be protected throughout shipment.
Customers with orders shipped internationally are responsible for all duties and taxes.
Online Order Pickup
Order online & pick up at my studio in the Northrup King Building #317! I am offering pick up by appointment only.
To place an order for pickup, you will see a ship or pickup option at checkout. Select pickup and proceed with the checkout process.
You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup at my studio, including instructions and options for available times.
