Deborah Keenan hosts a yearly collage day, where I made this one. All the images I picked out remind me in some way of Europe, but more specifically immigration. White immigration. Maybe this collage is a little reminder that if you live in America and you’re not Native American, you came from somewhere else.

It’s so important not to forget that, at one time, we were all strangers in a strange land.
